I believe the reason we are all here is to learn to love ourselves. Deep within all of us is a place that feels alone and unloved. Love can heal anything. I believe we must begin with ourselves. How can we truly love others if we don't love ourselves? We cannot give what we do not have. In each moment we have a choice to make. We can continue with our learned responses of 'I should do this or that' OR we can silently ask our divine intelligence deep within 'What is thy will for me?'. Following the soft voice within your heart will always give loving support to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It will heal them and change your life.
