What is the root cause of feelings of low self worth? Well when one digs underneath all of the self sabotaging thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are a reflection of the low feelings of self worth one often finds a belief about one's self that says something like "I'm a flawed human being".

Now I know that most individuals probably are never even aware that such a belief exists within them let alone that it is masterminding the multitude of negativity that they are hurling at themselves during their lives. Having said that, it has been my experience working with a new tool called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) that this hidden culprit is revealed sooner or later.

As it rests as the foundation stone for many automatic self destructive thoughts, feelings and behaviors (because that's what it means to have low self worth; to be self destructive or destructive to one's self), when this can be uncovered it can then also be released using MRP.

This belief which acts as the "root" of much self destruction when "pulled out" can lead to a powerful emotional and spiritual transformation that is associated with a greater sense of self appreciation, inner peace, contentment, compassion, joy, contentment, and lightness in one's being.

Even more it results in a complete re-orientation in how an individual knows themselves. In other words one automatically stops identifying one's self as someone who is bad or flawed and instead recognizes one's own innate divinity. So in fact what happens is that they recognize that the belief about themselves as flawed was actually not the truth about who they really are or ever were.

Now I wish to belabor this point a bit because it cuts to the core of a belief that we as human beings have about ourselves and our race and which continues to be perpetuated here on this planet. That belief is something like: "Human beings are inherently flawed or bad". "After all", some might say, "look at the death and destruction we are reaping all around us".

Well I would say that this destruction comes directly out of our deeply held belief about ourselves as flawed. This is because one naturally feels negatively towards one's self when one believes deep within that one is flawed. From this follows then all the self destructive behaviors, one of which is the destruction caused to others and the planet.

I am suggesting, that such a belief not only is not the truth about who we as human beings are but that it is crucial that we release this from our consciousness as well as our collective consciousness in order to restore ourselves to our collective divinity.

1. Life is a Journey from I to We
Posted all around the ashram of the great Indian saint, Sai Baba, are little signs displaying spiritual aphorisms, reminding visitors of the reason they are there. One sign reads 'Life is a Journey from I to We.' That message impressed me like no other, to the extent that I still remember it 20 years later. Why? Because it reflects a universal truth of all religions: the path to peace and happiness is not about the indulgence of oneself and one's ego, but rather is love and kindness toward othe…

2. Are You Sad?
Are You Sad? by John Cali Being back here in the part of New York State where I grew up has reminded me of a few things I'd almost forgotten. Among those nearly forgotten things is western New York's weather. This time of year (fall and winter, for those of you living in other climates) the skies are often grey for days on end, and with seemingly endless rain and snow storms. There's even a name (thanks, I guess, to our medical experts) for a radical mood change some folks experience due to the …

4. Equal In the Eyes of God By Lois Grant-Holland
There was a time in my life when I seriously wondered whether there was intelligent life on other planets. As a child, I believed that we human beings here on the planet Earth were God's only children. I learned early on how special we were: we were made in God's image, to look after His planet. There was no other force in the universe (which I envisioned as a big, black void with our planet in the center) that could compare to us. Our planet was here for our convenience; it was home to everyth…
