Over the last 10 years I have worked with many individuals who have wanted in some way to improve their lives. I have employed a new and unique modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP).

In this article I would like to report on some findings which I find quite exciting and I hope will not only inspire you but will give you both a sense of hope and a new awareness of who we really are as Spiritual Beings.

Now I have written extensively on MRP so I also refer you to my other articles for more information. In this article I wish to address something that is personal to all of us, our physical bodies.

We all have one and we all have opinions about its purpose and about what is supposed to happen to it. The general view is that it is a natural process for it to age and for one to jettison it at death. This belief has become largely accepted globally because this is the only thing many of us see happening to this "thing" we call the physical body.

My work with MRP however suggests that not only is this outcome not the "only one" it may in fact not be "the natural one"! Let me explain.

MRP is a healing modality that essentially allows an individual to release toxic emotional "baggage" in the form of negative beliefs, emotions, memories, perceptions and behaviors from their mind/body or their energy field. The release is quick and permanent.

As an individual undertakes MRP they begin to experience some very interesting and desirable phenomena. They will often experience some or all of the following:

1. Enhanced sense of inner peace, joy and contentment.

2. Greater sense resilience to anything negative in their life.

3. Greatly reduced level of stress.

4. Increased sense of life energy coursing through their body.

5. A feeling of health and wellness like they have never experienced before.

6. More fully present in their body.

7. A deeper appreciation and love for their body along with a sense that it is "part" of who they are and not something that is separate.

8. Spontaneous healing of illnesses.

9. Feeling and looking younger or more youthful.

10. A feeling of lightness which is actually associated with a progressive weight loss.

11. They also appear more radiant and brighter to others around them.

12. A greater awareness of themselves as truly a Divine Beings who are emanating Love (as a feeling and as an energy field) around them to others.

13. Awareness that their physical body is not something to be jettisoned but is the repository of much of one's life energy stored and imprisoned in a condensed physical state.

14. The awareness that the physical state of the physical body is not its natural state and that it can be transmuted back into its natural energy state simply by releasing the negativity (i.e. the negative emotional fragments I mentioned above) from the human energy field.

15. The awareness that such a transmutation is not only desirable it is essential if we are to reconnect to each other as true Divine Beings of Energy on this planet and begin to restore the planet to its rightful state.

So if any of this resonates with you then I ask you to simply to enjoy that feeling of resonance in your body where ever you may feel it.
